The Ministries of "WE WIN"
(World Evangelism With Indigenous Nations)
"At last! Christian television programming lifting high the name of Jesus through indigenous people"
"The Lord has called me into His service to spread the gospel to every Inuit
village and Indian reservation in America, Canada, in Russia, to every corner in the world
where indigenous people live." Jeanie Greene Inupiat
How "WE WIN" was birthed
God has called Jeanie Greene, with others, to claim the hearts of all indigenous nations for Him, in the gospel of Jesus Christ through television! As an award-winning host, reporter, and television producer, Jeanie embarked on this mission years ago, through the creation of one of Alaska's most popular television shows, "Heartbeat Alaska." From its inception on October 1992, "Heartbeat Alaska" is produced as a hard-hitting, syndicated news show about Alaska's contemporary events. The program's thrust and passion is to detect the pulse of the Native Alaskan population and restore to its people, the pride and heritage of the indigenous culture through the broadcast airwaves. Much of this is ingeniously accomplished, through the editing of home videos sent by Jeanie's viewers, which in turn become the very lifeblood of the program.
In 1996, The Lord Jesus Christ galvanized Jeanie Greene to take the vision for Native television to new heights, through the creation of a gospel-based program titled" WE WIN" (World Evangelism with Indigenous Nations). Jeanie shares that "Heartbeat", was a type of foundational platform used by the Lord Jesus, to launch His vision in reaching indigenous and Native people globally with the gospel, through television.
The "WE WIN" show
The first three and one half hour "WE WIN" special was shot "live on location" with six cameras, at the First Assembly of God Church, Anchorage. This beautifully produced television special, contains numerous pieces of anointed worship music, and fiery preaching by Native ministers. Through the ministries of "WE WIN", Christian television decisively, and for once, has a program that lifts the name of Jesus Christ on high, through the "God given" Native American and indigenous population.
Today, "WE WIN" continues to break new and uncharted ground in Christian Native television. "WE WIN" is the very first indigenous Christian program to be aired nationally via satellite! On July 4, 1999 this three and one half hour special was carried in its entirety nationwide, by one of Christian TV's premier satellite network, Dominion Sky Angel.
Another bigger and more powerful special is in the works for this year!
"WE WIN" has an agreement with Sky Angel to begin airing nation wide, weekly, ½ hour shows throughout the year.
"WE WIN" is the very first Native Christian program that can be seen NOW "live on the "World Wide Web" @ http://www.fhltv.com
WE WIN "sees the need" and is meeting it!
"WE WIN" is Christian television by Native Americans, and for Native Americans.
"WE WIN" is committed to Native ministers, teachers, singers, and evangelists, to their spreading of the gospel nationally and interculturally through the electronic ministry.
"WE WIN" has no doubts that the Lord Jesus will mightily use indigenous people to accomplish the mighty works of the "end time revival". Manifold nations today are ready to hear the gospel from First Nations people. Christian Native television, through the vehicle of "WE WIN", gives indigenous ministers an environment to expand their ministries to national and international heights.
Much needed financial support for Christian indigenous ministries is boosted through the media exposure provided by "WE WIN".
"WE WIN" provides a meeting point for the networking of ministries.
Since 1997, monetary proceeds from "WE WIN" and its co- ministries continue to furnish financial provision for Native ministers. The enterprising spirit is to spread the good news of the gospel to the remote villages of Alaska and the northern hemisphere. As of date, the ministries of "WE WIN" have at least in part funded 200 evangelistic outreaches.
Because tribal reservations and rural villages are usually on remote and sparsely populated lands, satellite dishes are popular. The satellite TV ministry of "WE WIN" is highly effective in reaching many souls which otherwise may never hear the gospel
What others are saying about "WE WIN"
Jose Alvarez, president and founder of The Christian Indian TV Network had this to say," I first learned about Jeanie Greene when my family went up to Shiprock, New Mexico in the heart of the Navajo Reservation. Picking up a Christian Native American newspaper, I found myself reading a big article about her, and her labors to promote indigenous Christian TV in Alaska and Canada. A few months later at the Convocation of Christian Indian Leaders in Montana, I met Norm and Donna Westdahl of "Amen Ministries" in Alaska. They told me " you got to get in contact with Jeanie Greene!" I was equally moved by the testimony of Barb Curtis of the Native American Fellowship of the Assemblies of God in Alaska. Before almost a thousand people, Barb wept as she recounted the sacrifices that Jeanie Greene makes on behalf of promoting Native Christian TV. My subsequent letter to Jeanie Greene embarked us in an almost two year ongoing relationship with her and her ministries. I know that Jeanie disapproves of having any recognition even suggested about her. She might be uncomfortable with my observations. Jeanie is straightforward to point out that all glory belongs to Jesus Christ. On the "WE WIN" special that I saw, I was so impressed that Jeanie edited herself out of virtually every camera shot so that no attention would be drawn to her. I had never seen that before!! I've been in television for 15 years and have been sadly shocked to find out that Native Americans do not have a viable presence in Christian television. Every other ethnic group has an excess of Christian TV shows, ministries, and specials, but not so with indigenous people. Yet we live in the year 2000! It's unbelievable! The American Indian has the lowest conversion rate to Christianity, the highest alcoholism and suicide rate, and lives in the worst of poverty. What a desperate and crying need for Christian TV to be wrought amongst these precious people!! Jeanie and I agree that it is not about ministries, but about lifting the name of Jesus high amongst His Native people. I believe in, and totally support "WE WIN", what it is, and what it does. I will do whatever God demands of me to see Native Christian television rocket to the same heights as any ethnic group.
Finally, I have been graciously given space on the "WE WIN" web site to bring our weekly Greek Expository Bible teachings to the edification of the body of Christ. You can also find us @

"WE WIN" and the New Millennium
One of the goals of "WE WIN" is to substantially increase distribution of its programming in the year 2000.
The Lord has given "WE WIN" a vision to build a fully equipped television studio with "live audience participation" for Alaska. We at "WE WIN" feel that God will launch its ministries even further from that commencement point.
The staff of "WE WIN" has made initial contacts for program acquisition and interviews with such ministries as
- Christian television: Trinity Broadcasting Network; Cornerstone Television, Family Net, Word Harvest Television, Golden Eagle Broadcasting, Channel 39 Nashville, and Kenneth Copeland Ministries.
- Christian Publications: Charisma Magazine, Moody Publications, and New Man Magazine.
- Christian Native American Ministries: Wiconi International, Native Pentecostal News, CHIEF, Indian Life, and Four Directions.
- "WE WIN"@ Internet sites and Christian directories: "WE WIN" now "live on the web" @ FHLTV.com, also internet listings @ Churches.net, Christianity.net, Goshen.net, Net Ministries, Christian Yellow Pages and Crosswalk.com.
"WE WIN" and Beyond
Native American and indigenous ministries are pioneers by their very nature. Insignificant funding goes for them, and incidental amount of attention is given by the Christian world to them. Television amongst Native people is even more extraordinary and demanding, in that it requires millions instead of thousands of dollars, and that, amongst some of the world's poorest and most misrepresented people. When God called and raised up the staff of "WE WIN", He knew whom He chose!! Christian Native television is not for the "weak hearted". It takes an un-daunting unswerving commitment; one which never gets discouraged and never gives up. It must also be mixed in with lots of faith in the living God who does exceedingly beyond what we ask for or think of. Christian Native television can never be about ministries, for it won't succeed. It is about our laying down our lives for the sake of the gospel. It is about reaching a people group so precious in the eyes of God, so sensitive to the Holy Spirit, yet the most forgotten and neglected mission field in the continent. At "WE WIN" we know our calling, and know how great God is towards those who obey Him. Would you support us financially in this great and pristine endeavor?
"WE WIN" itinerary for this year includes the Destiny Camp Meeting on February 8-11, 2000 in Anchorage Alaska. Churches will be assembling together to discern God's prophetic voice speaking to them from the dark, so as to be proclaimed from the rooftops.
Greenland and the Lands to the North
For there is a flame kindled in the Northland. A fire, a passion. For I have sent My angel with a coal from the altar of Heaven. I will place it in your hearts and you will shine and illuminate the darkness in these Northlands says the Lord. Your coasts shall be on fire. Those that come to your shores will be set ablaze with this fire, this passion. They will know that I am amongst you says the Lord. They will know that I am in you. Greenland, those from the South, the desert and humid places, will come to sojourn in your borders; they will capture this flame in their hearts to blaze a trail of revival to the whole earth. They will come from the South, the East and the West, to see this sign and wonder in you. Greenland, you will be the flint, and I will be the Rock. Together we will ignite the earth with My glory and power. Rejoice! Your day of your visitation is upon you! Your old men will dance and your widows rejoice for what the Lord has accomplished in you! From the North will come a flame. From the North will come a fire. It will devour the wicked like stubble underneath of your feet. It will purge the sons of Levi, it will bring forth the pure gold. Pure gold says the Lord, pure gold. I will awaken the hearts of your children and they will chase after me like a deer for water. They will thirst for Me. They will know Me. From the North lands I will raise up an army mighty in battle and full of Love. They will go forth to the uttermost parts of the earth and declare my Heart and Will in these days. A remnant people shall emerge form the North says the Lord. They will bridge the nations with My love and power. Greenland, you will be known as Grace-land. A land and region full of My great grace and love. A continent of mercy, a nation of charity. A place of refuge, a place of strength. Gird up your loins, for this flame is already kindled in you, you shall light up the skies of the year 2000 with My glory. By July 4th all the earth will see this miracle, sign, and wonder coming from the Northlands. In the sides of the North you will see My Kingdom built says the Lord. A remnant people shall emerge from the North, a great and mighty army to raise the banner of My Name into the earth says the Lord. A great and mighty army shall come. A great and mighty army they shall be. They will bridge the nations with My power and love says the Lord. A lighthouse of intercession will be established in the Northlands, a lighthouse of prayer shall be seen in the darkest regions of the earth from this place.
It will shine with the gold of My glory, the light of My love. Prepare yourselves O Northlands! They day of your visitation has come!
