I was saved when I was six years old. As a tiny little girl in Sitka, Alaska, I knew in my heart that I was to preach and teach the gospel. I yearned for the Lord and sought Him everyway I knew how. As I grew out of my childhood, I fell into the ways of the world. Later, in my late twenties, He wooed me back and I met Dennis Greene who was to become my husband. After creating a theater company and hosting a television real estate program, I prayed for a ministry and the Lord put it in my heart to create a program called Heartbeat Alaska. This Alaska Native news and entertainment program was aimed at a secular audience. It remains a popular program across Alaska, Canada, Russia and reservations in the Lower 48. In 1996 I heard from the Lord to create another program called We Win - World Evangelism With Indigenous Nations.
Our mission is to reach the world through Native ministers and evanglists, singers and teachers; not to glorify or exhibit pride in our heritage, rather to create a platform for the indigenous peoples of this world to minister. The Lord has made a way for our First Nations peoples to share the gospel and worship through our song and dance and language.
I believe He used Heartbeat Alaska to lift up a hurting nation and bring them to a place to meet the true Healer, our Lord Jesus Christ. Our goal is to reach every reservation in America, every nation in this world.
On July 4th of 1999, We Win aired nationally on Angel One of the Sky Angel Satelite Network. It will rerun again in August. Look for us every week with a 30 minute program beginning in November of this year.
I praise Him for He is faithful to His word. Our Native people are being raised up to meet Him as a beautiful bride.
Thank you, Jesus.
